From Idea to Finished Product

Got an Idea? We'll Help You Build It.

We're very "inventor-friendly." We've worked with everything from professional CAD designs to cardboard cut-outs and crayon drawings — and we'll sign an NDA so your idea stays protected.

How It Works

Your Product, Step by Step.

1

Talk it through — free & protected

Call or visit. We'll sit down with your idea, answer questions, and sign a non-disclosure agreement so you can share comfortably. No obligation, ever.

2

Design & CAD

Have CAD files? We'll quote from them. Just a sketch? We'll work with your industrial designer — or recommend one. Good product design is the key to your success.

3

Prototype

We 3D-print a prototype so you can hold your part and prove out the design before committing to tooling.

4

Tooling

Our in-house machine shop builds and maintains the mold — or we coordinate trusted local tool builders, keeping the whole project on schedule.

5

Production

We mold your parts in the right material, at the right volume, on machines from 55 to 650 tons.

6

Finish, print, assemble & ship

Second operations, ultrasonic welding, pad/screen printing, assembly, packaging and shipping — a finished product, delivered to your door.

How a Quote Is Figured

A quotation is only a phone call away. Your cost analysis is based on:

Weight & volume of the partMaterial

How Injection Molding Works

A hopper feeds and colors raw plastic beads; a heater melts them; a screw-type plunger injects the molten plastic into a steel mold where the part is formed. Machines are rated by tonnage — the clamping force that holds the mold halves closed. Bigger parts need more tonnage.

Inventor FAQ

Common Questions

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We're happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share anything, so your invention stays protected.

I only have a rough sketch — can you still help?

Absolutely. We've started projects from CAD files, cardboard cut-outs, and crayon drawings. We'll guide you from concept to a market-ready product.

How is the cost of a part figured?

From your CAD drawings, the weight and volume of the part, your assembly requirements, and the run size. We'll walk you through a complete cost analysis.

Do you do small or low-volume runs?

Yes — large or small, long runs or short. With machines from 55 to 650 tons we can match the right press to your job.
