Welcome to Peliton Plastics

Peliton Plastics Group is a custom plastic injection molder located in Valdosta Georgia (that's South Georgia - about 15 miles north of the Florida line on I-75).
Our services include plastic injection molding, contract manufacturing, assembly, production screen-printing, and machining.
Our injection molding services can mold plastic products from a variety of thermoplastics and engineered resins - polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, polycarbonate, ABS, acrylic, vinyl, nylon, acetyl, polyphenylene oxide, or others depending on customer requirements, then ship directly to our customer.
The contract manufacturing and assembly services can take the plastic parts produced here at our facility with any necessary second operations and combine them with parts received from outside sources to produce a finished product that is then packaged and shipped to your specified location.
The production screen printing has been focused primarily on servicing the local area market with our auto vanity plates, 18x24 yard signs with a stake, and picnic plate flying disks (Wham-O owns the name "Frisbee") which are designed to hold a 9" paper plate and has a 5" diameter print area. The auto tags are white polystyrene, the yard signs are white Coroplast (that's like plastic card board) and the flying disk can be molded in almost any color you want. The colors of the plastic that the flying disks are molded from do not count as a print color. We can do up to 4 colors, but most customers use one or two.
Our machine shop is set up primarily to support our molding operations (mold repair and maintenance) but we also assist our customers with their prototyping and a limited amount of tooling fabrication. Occasionally we have done mold repair for other injection molders in the area that do not have an in-house machine shop. We have recently expanded our machine shop area in order to provide more room for our existing equipment, give us a better work space for projects while incorporating a Fryer MB-10 CNC Mill and Thompson 9x36 surface grinder into our capabilities. These have already been put to work in serving our customer's needs.
We work with companies and individuals to assist them with the development of new products. If you already have CAD drawings then it's just a matter of quoting the work. If you do not, then our services can be utilized to make your CAD drawings using MasterCam-10 and prototyping in our machine shop. We also offer Project Management to coordinate with outside tooling shops in the area for major tooling needs. The tool builders that we like to use are all within driving range so that if any issues arise they can be addressed immediately.
History
PELITON was founded in 1996 with the dream of building a company where people would enjoy coming to work. We started small and under-funded with one old machine and 3,000 sq. ft. of space (including offices). Now with some of the same people, five new injection presses and a 35,000 sq. ft. facility, we continue to grow and develop new capabilities. I believe that the reason for that success is hard work, dedication, and the fact that our employees care about how each project is handled for our customers. Being a small injection molding company means that building a relationship with each client is very important to us. At Peliton we treat every customer like they are our only customer.
Our philosophy is when YOUR project is a success this is what makes our company a success!!!
